Our new cloths arrived on Monday night. I was so excited that I wanted to go try out my new warmth right away! Unfortunately, it was raining and I did not want to get my new cloths dirty. We did not run yesterday either because of the pouring rain. Today, however, we will be getting out for a 45 - 60 minute run. Can't wait to put on my new coat!!!!! Gloves!!!!!! Headband!!!!!! Thank goodness for thermafleece :-)
Also, last Friday night we brewed beer with Donna, Ken, and Derek. We grabbed the spent grains after our brew fest. Over the weekend I made a delicious (vegan) spent grain bread. Yum-yum! I am making a couple more loaves now for our Thanksgiving feast. Dark and delicious!
